Whether it’s the resounding tones of the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Tanglewood, or the raucous and intimate atmosphere at the Williamstown Theatre Festivals’s late-night cabaret, music plays a critical role in our Berkshires Summer Trip.
In addition to premier seats in the concerts halls at Tanglewood, we expect that guests will find late-night cabaret to be a true highlight of the trip.
Music Highlights in The Berkshires
The famed summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Tanglewood is a Berkshires landmark. Tanglewood’s 524-acre grounds include the Tanglewood Music Center and Seiji Ozawa Hall, two of the top ranked concert halls in the world, and has played host to legendary acts including James Taylor, Leonard Bernstein, Yo-Yo Ma and more. Led by Andris Nelsons, the BSO will perform on each week of our tour, including the famed Tanglewood on Parade performance for our August trip.
A later night, high energy performance by actors, stagehands and interns from the Williamstown Theatre Festival of show tunes from years gone by in an intimate, casual setting…… a true favorite of the Blank Canvas staff. If guests are lucky they may get to see appearances by stars of the show!
